I loved location and rooms. I was there for 5 nights and ate at authentic restaurant with excellent service.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the place thanks to perfect staff and location.

We loved every detail about our good 1 night stay here. They had an early check-in in the room. We received wake up service for free, a nice bonus. The setting was magnificent, near to Subway stations 2 & 3 and subway and mall.

Everything was perfect, superbly friendly staff, ideal location adjacent to subways and shops/supermarkets and many shops and attractions and several underground stations. There was a good bar with great service. The quick check-in process too.

the staff was absolutely fantastic, the room was well cleaned, and they offered hot meal in the morning. i appreciated the room, the bed was big. the hotel was adjacent to many shops and downtown brooklyn thanks to its tranquil location. starbucks in the lobby, convenient.

The buffet breakfast was more than generous. Having different non-alcoholic drinks in the roof top bar was a very nice touch. The pool area was very clean and the location was really easy.

The hotel was very nice clean and the staff was phenomenal. And it also had exceptionally good view. The staff did all they can for a really unforgettable stay. The swimming pool onsite was heated. Moreover, there was WiFi throughout the property. The property was a fantastic base for enjoying a shopping area.

Overall I think it was a cheerful hotel, very good value for money. I appreciated all the property offered : nice beds and really caring staff. The buffet breakfast had many options, including coffee, jam, hot waffles, tea and pancakes. My room was absolutely great and had terrace, microwave and Nespresso coffee. The location was absolutely fabulous, walking distance to a metro station.

Immaculately clean and BUDGET place. The staff was always available and full of information about the area. Having a swimming pool and the roof top bar was a bonus.

The reception staff were always exceptional! Variety of food for a buffet breakfast. Room was spotless and well kept plus a great size. 12 miles away from LaGuardia airport.

It was an exceptional experience in a luxury hotel. Homey decor, exceptionally nice staff, exceptionally comfortable bed. There was a stunning restaurant, the markets and shopping centres next door. Gorgeous dishes served at the roof top restaurant.

The rooms where well-planned, it was spotless and big size venue. The hotel was so close to stores and a market. And Bond st Gallery was walking distance to the venue.

The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable. Had good sleep at the king room. The rooftop bar was a delightful surprise. Moreover, they had private parking. Great place for exploring New York City:)))
